The Himmerland restaurants serve good, well-prepared food with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients which have been locally-sourced whenever possible. Himmerland have divided their dining options into three different areas - The Restaurant, The Brasserie and The Bowling Cafe.

The Restaurant in Himmerland is based on a tasty, seasonally-inspired a la carte menu that reflects Himmerland's own demands for freshness and first-class ingredients. The head chef firmly believes that good craftsmanship and the best ingredients are the foundation for an outstanding culinary experience. All dishes are therefore lovingly prepared from scratch by his talented team, and the result is delightful, mouth-watering and unique.

The Brasserie is the natural gathering place when you are staying in Himmerland. Take your pick from the food and drinks menu and recharge your batteries in the cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The delicious menu is filled with popular cafe dishes that we all know and love, along with a few classic Danish lunch dishes. In the evenings The Brasserie also functions as a restaurant. The menu offers a small selection of light evening meals, as well as delicious steaks from local Himmerland Cattle, perfectly prepared to melt on your tongue.

The Bowling Cafe (opened June 2012) serves a limited cafe menu during the day and the traditional bowling menu in the evenings. During the summer months there will be a buffet on Friday and Saturday evening, and Sunday lunches.
