Designed by Bristol-based Terry Murray around ten years ago, The Guadiana and Atlantico courses are the most mature of the three courses, with attractive pine trees lining the fairways.
The courses are teeming with wildlife, especially partridge in the winter months.

The Grouse is the newest of the three nine holes with the more open far-reaching inland hill views. Although it only opened in 2008 it is already nicely mature. It has rolling terrain with fewer trees than the other two courses.
The courses are teeming with wildlife including wild boar, birds and rabbits. Some lucky property owners have even spotted the elusive Iberian Lynx on The Grouse Course when playing early in the morning.

Accommodation
The Village Houses share a nearby large pool and tropical pool with snack bar and terraces. The village way of life is great for groups and societies. The properties are built to very high specifications and offer a choice of two or three bedroom houses. The Village houses all have air conditioning units to cool in summer. These can switch to warm air in winter and there's an open fire for cosy evenings in. The fittings and furnishings are of a high standard with granite work surfaces and quality appliances in the kitchen.

It's where Irish Food & Beverages Manager, Michael Hegarty, formerly an award-winning chef, takes great pride in serving up delicious dishes to please all international guests. From signature dishes like his special Seabass, to that old favourite fillet steak with pepper sauce, to Portuguese Chicken Piri Piri, to spicy flamed prawns - there's something to please everybody. An additional service which can be seen as a takeaway option is also available, with the option for food to be delivered directly to your Villa door.
