Barseback Golf Course

Barsebck Golf & Country Club is widely considered one of Europe's best and most beautiful golf venues. As early as the 1980s, Jack Nicklaus, who has won more golf majors than anyone else, praised Barsebck's beautiful location and the high quality of its golf courses.

A great deal has happened since then! This resort has played host to 13 European Tour events where golfers such as Annika Srenstam, Nick Faldo and Colin Montgomerie have all echoed Nicklaus's words. In 2003 the Masters Course at Barsebck hosted the Solheim Cup while this summer, July 2010, Barsebck will host the Swedish Team Championships for both men and women. Many of the best golfers in Sweden will compete for there prestigious titles.

Barsebck Resort offers a choice of accommodation with your very own accommodation in the centre of the site close to both the golf courses and conference facilities or one of the 36 hotel rooms directly linked to the conference centre. The houses have 4-6 beds and all the hotel rooms have two separate beds in each room. Barsebck Resort has 220 beds in total. The houses are great for groups of golfers wanting a memorable golfing trip away together in your private home.

There are two first class restaurants at Barsebck resort. They always use fresh local ingredients to create dishes that are served with love and affection.
The Golf Restaurant -The restaurant offers fantastic sea views and food that is a delight to both your eyes and your tastebuds. Serving everything from classic everyday dishes and traditional 'golf meals' to menus with a more modern twist.
Conference Restaurant - In the evening they offer a well structured three course meal based on fresh local seasonal produce. If you are looking for something a bit more special, you can choose the gourmet menu with more upmarket ingredients.
