The modern Ufford Park Hotel is located in 120 acres of historic parkland overlooking the Deben Valley. It has 90 bedrooms with a choice of Classic, Superior, and Premier rooms. Many of the rooms have balconies with panoramic views over the golf course.

All bedrooms are well appointed with tea & coffee making facilities, trouser press, WiFi, satellite television, and family rooms have DVD players so that you can bring along your children's favourite programmes. The Premier rooms also have a king size bed, separate shower, and a spa bath.

The bar and restaurant are located towards the centre of the complex. The large bar area is laid out as a relaxed coffee bar near the Health Club reception and leads into the sports bar which is complete with pool table and large screen television showing all the latest sports action.
