The courtyard is also home to three restaurants, the Bar Don Juan, the Caf Teatro Alberti and the Beauty Farm. The second area is located around the large 70 metre swimming pool with direct access to La Barrosa beach.

In Chiclana, the well-known La Estancia Golf is located only 2.7 kilometers from the beach and the hotel Meli Sancti Petri, with an elevation of between 14 and 28 meters above sea level and a surface area of 82 hectares.
This is the first golf course in Spain designed by the Dutch architect Alan Rijks, and it is adapted masterfully to the natural surroundings, mixing links and parkland with protected natural areas to form an entertaining, natural course. Three lakes and four streams are the main water hazards on this new course, although they do not affect the game excessively. Nevertheless due to its proximity to the ocean the wind and the sea breeze will be the main factors to take into account while playing at La Estancia Golf, especially when it is time to select the club to play on large greens and with falls that force players to pay special attention to the putter.

170 Premium rooms, 6 suites, 3 presidential suites and 46 Level rooms, all beautifully decorated and with fantastic views.
