Named in honour of the great Harry Vardon winner of six British Open and also US Open Champion in 1900 the restaurant has wonderful views of the bay and the evening sunsets are spectacular. Harry Vardon along with another great - James Braid visited Rosapenna in 1906 and added length and more detailed bunkering to the Old Tom Morris Course. The restaurant specialises in local seafood with fresh fish arriving to the kitchen daily. Shellfish is caught off the headlands on the Atlantic Drive with lobster, scallops and crab regularly on the menu. The Main Bar was named after Old Tom Morris of St. Andrews who designed the original course at Rosapenna in 1891. Known by most as the 19th hole golfers share in stories of there activities on the Morris or Sandy Hills Links while indulging in the traditional pint. bar hosts a large range of liquors, spirits and beers with a fine range of classical malts and brandys. Snacks are available from 12.00pm to 7.00pm daily and after Dinner, entertainment is offered with music in the main lounge starting from 9.30pm to late.
